Hi, I am Yoshiko, welcome to my site.

Yoshiko Green, a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University (Criminal Justice major, Psychology minor 1997) and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University has devoted hours of her time counseling at-risk youths and adults diagnosed with mental illness. Yoshiko is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been in the counseling field for 20+ years. She has maintained her passion in helping others as she also serves as a program director and clinician at a mental health agency. Yoshiko enjoys talk therapy and her treatment modality leans toward Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She also incorporates person-centered, strength-based therapy, solution-focused, and coaching. Yoshiko specializes in women’s issues, mood disorders, and behavioral issues. Yoshiko is also a LGBTQIA+ ally and promotes a safe space for all individuals.

Yoshiko earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University, Richmond, Virginia. She is a Virginia Licensed Professional Counselor (Department of Health Professionals in Richmond, Virginia).
