If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

• Individual sessions: $125.00 / 50-minute session
• Family/Group sessions: $125.00 / 50-minute session
• Extended session (90 minute): $175.00
  Form of payment: Cash and credit cards. Fees will be collected at each session.

Please note that you are ultimately responsible for any charges incurred. I will file your insurance claim but you are responsible for deductibles, co-insurance, and co-payments. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with your insurance benefits and to call your insurance company to have the authorization for your sessions sent to this office. No Surprises Act
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
